Costes Arm Chair by Driade, marked the beginning of the collaboration between Philippe Starck and driade, and the consecration of the then-unknown designer in Italy, is certainly one of these objects. designed for the namesake, now missing, Parisian coffee, owes its timeless success to the absolute shape: a wraparound shell in dark wood and three legs strongly inclined.Costes Arm Chair Black painted tubular steel structure and curved plywood. Shell available in these finishes: mahogany, ebonized mahogany, grey oak, striped wenge or bamboo. Polyurethane foams padded seat with black or beige leather fixed cover. Indoor use only.
