Tavolo con Ruote from FontanArte is a low floating glass table. The Glass top has a thickness of .1/2 inch (15mm). Industrial casters with black metal brackets floats the glass over the floor. All four casters turn, allowing the table to be positions in the desired location with ease. Available in various different sizes. Tavolo Con Ruote is Designed by Gae Aulenti, 1980.
Fontana Arte was founded in 1932 by the architect Gio Ponti. In the early years Fontana Arte was knows for its advanced glass making and stained glass applications. Gio Ponti designed the first glass lighting and interior applications in collaboration with Pietro Chiesa.
